Dedicated broadband connection with guaranteed speed, reliability and no contention

With the increasing amount of cloud applications being used along with the takeover of IP voice, increased bandwidth with guaranteed speeds is a necessity.

Ethernet Access is a high bandwidth, scalable, reliable and uncontended access service designed to connect customers to the internet, depending on the speed required this can be delivered via a Leased line or over an EFM or FTTC connection. These services are protected by a Service Level Agreement covering service performance, availability and time to fix.

We can also converge internet and IP telephony with a single Ethernet connection providing both connectivity to the internet and our IP telephony service.

Our ethernet connections are fully managed and monitored with the option of an automatic fail over service guaranteeing business continuity.

We currently have 27 tills based over 6 sites in the London area. The speed at which we can serve our customers is vital and a key point of our business.
When looking for a new EPOS solution we needed seamless integration with our stock control systems, Sage 200 accounting software and implementation without any impact on our customers.
