As a Sage business partner, 4s Systems offers a range of Sage Payroll & HR solutions.
There are four versions of Sage Instant Accounts available. These are:
Sage Instant Payroll
Designed specifically for small businesses in the UK, Sage Instant Payroll is a simple, easy-to-use package that can handle a total of 10 employees (both current employees and leavers) in a given year. Sage Instant Payroll:
- Automatically calculates gross and net pay, tax and National Insurance, in accordance with legislation
- Automatically calculates employees sick, maternity, paternity and/or adoption
- Assigns pension scheme details to employees and makes automatic deductions
- Produces statutory forms, such as P45, P14/P60 and P35
- Records tax credits and loans for automatic payment and deductions
- Submits Year End returns to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) via the Internet
- Maintains and prints individual employee records.
Sage Payroll v12
This latest edition of the UKs leading payroll software for small and growing businesses is HMRC accredited which means that the product is up-to-date and covers all essential calculations of tax, National Insurance and all statutory payments.
Sage Payroll v12 incorporates electronic filing capability by Internet via an HMRC Secure Mailbox which can also be used to send and receive day-to-day Payroll administration and information received from HMRC can also be applied directly to employee records without having to key the information such as tax code changes or P46. Sage Payroll version 12 also fully integrates with Sage Line 50.
Sage P11D Solution
This enables you to fulfil your statutory obligations with minimal effort and helps you avoid substantial penalties incurred when incorrect information is submitted to the Inland Revenue. <show accreditation>
Sage P11D manages complex taxable benefits in line with HM Revenue & Customs regulations and allows the fulfilment of statutory obligations with minimum effort. It links to all products from the Sage Payroll & HR Solutions range and produces HMRC-approved forms P11D, P11D(b), P9D and P46 (Car) without the need to purchase stationery.
